RE: Field Product Trainer

      Thank you for the opportunity to apply for the Field Product Trainer position with Flash Parking. As an admirer of technology and innovation, I was very delighted to see that our visions align; to transform the parking management platform by using innovative technologies. After reviewing the job description, it’s clear that you’re looking for a candidate that is familiar with technology, someone who can effortlessly communicate to small and large groups, and someone who is willing to travel. Given the job requirements, I believe that I have the skills necessary to go above and beyond the job expectations. As I am currently based out of Annapolis, Maryland, I am very much willing to relocate and excited to make the move to Austin, Texas.

          I am a quality-oriented college student (BS in Business Administration) currently attending the University of Maryland, Global Campus. Throughout the course of my academic career, I have acquired nearly 8 years of relevant work experience from customer service to technical support and training. The companies I have worked for have equipped me with the necessary skill set to satisfy the client and troubleshoot errors with  operating systems such as iOS, Android, and Windows, aide in employee training and development, and provide customer sales and support. My most recent work experience with a non-profit organization that I helped to co-found, has provided the opportunity for me to create and organize marketing materials for social media exposure, as well as put me front-and-center with the public by establishing an online presence and at events along side community activists. In both my academic and professional life, I have been praised for being detail-oriented and goal-driven by my professors, peers, and employers. Whether working on academic and professional projects, or extracurricular activities, I have the ability to anticipate questions and problems while applying problem solving and technical skills, which I hope to utilize in the Field Product Trainer position with Flash Parking.
