One of my most rewarding roles has been as the QA Analyst and Product Support Team Lead at Packback, which is an education technology company that offers an AI based online discussion platform. I was originally hired on as a temporary support representative, but after 4 weeks of providing technical support to the organization, documenting and monitoring the timely resolution of defects and testing the platform to validate user expectations, I was promoted to be the sole QA Analyst for the product/development team. Several months later, I was promoted to also be the Product Support Team Lead where, in addition to leading a support team to consistently exceed all KPI metrics, I improved internal processes and workflows that resulted in key optimizations in UX and team efficiency, among many other notable contributions.
I’m also very passionate about sharing what I know with other people, which naturally requires excellent communication skills. At Packback, I gave many product training's to staff, wrote dozens of articles for the help center, and wrote macros for various support cases to make it easier for team members to respond to customers quickly and to ensure the “Packback voice/brand” was consistent across reps. I have an intensely curious and determined mindset and my desire to help others and whatever team I’m supporting is what sustains my work ethic. I’m confident that I would be able to provide the same level of performance and work ethic to Deloitte.
