During my bachelors and master’s program, I have garnered immense knowledge in the field of renewable energy and sustainable development. Moreover, as a part of the InnoEnergy master's program, I have also completed a diploma in Entrepreneurship and Management. The scope of my courses ensured that I have sound technical knowledge coupled with management and business mindset, enabling me to adopt multiperspectivity.
Additionally, under the InnoEnergy program, I have undergone various professional and self-development training. Each training permanently added to my skill set; Catalyst training taught me how to get the best out of a team. Self-leadership and team-building training organised by Open Space Studio helped me dive into my personal goals and purpose in life, and it also gave me first-hand experience of the importance of clear strategy, communication, and assigning of tasks in a team. Currently, I am a part of the Game-Changing Impact Program (GCIP), which has assisted me in understanding where my natural abilities lie in a team environment.
Having spent the last seven years of my life outside India, my home country has made me multicultural. My vibrant experience travelling and studying at different institutions, in UAE, USA, Portugal and France have undoubtedly contributed to my open-mindedness, creativity and adaptability.
I firmly believe that I would be an asset to your organisation. What I bring to the table is diversity, understanding of cultures, sound scientific knowledge, excellent soft skills, coupled with entrepreneurship and management training. After finishing high school (GPA:3.3), I decided to study "International Studies in Management" at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld (GPA:4.0) and spent one year abroad at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (GPA:4.0), as selected participant of the "Double Degree Programm" between our two universities.
I have the ability to think beyond the boundaries, able to learn new concepts fully and expediently. I also boast the ability to adapt to new situations with ease and comfort.
Whilst being a student in Prague, I worked part-time at Accenture Services (www.accenture.com) as Collection Analyst for 40+ Customers, where I experienced daily customer contact. I am a confident communicator and this experience has enhanced my communication skills at all levels.

Afterwards I decided to join the enabling organization AIESEC as Team Leader for our Sales Team in order to give back some of the great moments I had while volunteering abroad.
On my return to Germany I decided to join the start-up Goldklee GmbH in the role as a Strategist and was given the opportunity to assist in the restructuring of the companies processes and programs to align with the latest digital expectations.
I also decided to join the consultant association STUNT e.V. in order to gain valuable practical experiences in the field of Project Management and Business Development.
Before finishing my two Bachelors Degrees in Summer 2020, I decided to join the german start-up Cosuno Ventures GmbH. The dynamical and disruptive business culture fascinates me and I am impressed by the people-driven leadership style.
Besides my internship I am working on my thesis about global organizations with outstanding Business Culture and during my research I came across the exceptional Business Culture you embrace at the BMW Group.
