As for why I chose your company, it's certainly because I thrive in a collaborative, innovative "start-up" culture. I am by nature a "team person". I even learn more about myself when I'm in a team. The best years of my life consisted of my volunteering years at JCI . It was the only place where I could come up with new ideas and actually apply them with a group of people. One of my ideas was the "One Day Marketing Hackathon". Thus, teamwork brings out the best in me; it also drives me to become more entrepreneurial.
